Order processing can take between 2-8 days before shipment. Once shipped, deliveries can take between 3-8 business days (average: 4 business days) to deliver in the USA and up to 20 business days in all other countries. Note that 20 business days is just in case products get held up at the border - in most cases, this is much less, especially in countries like Canada, Australia, New Zealand and Europe.
Sadly you cannot. Please make sure to double check your shipping address before completing your purchase. If you notice an error in time we can cancel your order. If this is the case please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and we will assist you.
It depends on the items ordered. All apparel items have tracking numbers and are given to you by email when your order is shipped. However, there are a select few items that, in order to keep prices low, do not have tracking numbers. If you are concerned about your order please contact us.
Most of the time, this is because you may have entered a wrong email address for your order (please check your junk folder as well). Throughout the purchase process, you will receive 2-3 emails including a confirmation email and a shipping notice.
If you believe you have entered a wrong email address, please email us and we'll get that fixed up right away.
